Tonight I’m having this year’s Starry Noche from Weldwerks. This 12.6% imperial stout was aged in 7-year Weller Bourbon, 10-year Buffalo Trace Bourbon, 9-year Stagg Jr. Bourbon, 8-year Willett Bourbon and 15-year Old Fitzgerald Bourbon barrels, then finished on toasted coconut flakes, unsweetened raw coconut chips, and toasted hazelnuts.
