Brew Review – Monkish Brewing Co. Barrel-Aged Banana Twin Stars (2026)

I’ve loved the BA Little Twin Stars drops from Monkish, so I was even more pumped to try this year’s new Barrel-Aged Banana Twin Stars for today’s Brew Review. This 15.5% imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels (Willett, Buffalo Trace, Weller, and Heaven Hill) for 48-50 months and conditioned on coconut, Ivory Coast cacao nibs, and bananas.
