This year’s 12% imperial stout was double barrel aged for 24 months in Heaven Hill and Cognac barrels with coconut, cacao nibs, and vanilla beans. Brew Review – Monkish Brewing Co./Highland Park Brewing Crazy Normal

Recorded before last night’s Sabres game, on today’s Brew Review I’m having Crazy Normal, a Monkish collab with Highland Park. This 6.3% triple dry hopped pale ale was brewed with Belgian Pilsner malt and hopped with Citra Quantum (Abstrax), Citra Hyperboost, Krush Cryo, Citra T-90, and Galaxy T-90.
