I got my haircut today, so it feels like the world’s finally going back to normal and since I’m in a good mood I decided to pull out one of the highest regarded beers in the world, The Alchemist Heady Topper. This 8% American IPA pretty much invented the whole category of New England IPAs and for a while held the crown for the best in the world.
