On today’s Brew Review, I’m having Lexington Brewing & Distilling Co. Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale. For this unique 8.2% beer, they take their Kentucky Irish Red Ale and age it for at least six weeks in freshly decanted bourbon barrels from some of Kentucky’s finest distilleries.
