Having a mai tai cocktail inspired beer, Boat Drinks IV, the fourth collaboration between Mortalis and Swiftwater Brewing on today’s Brew Review. For this 6% sour ale, they blended pineapple, orange, lime, and Orgeat from Fee Brothers.
