On today’s Brew Review, I’m having Systems 3.0, an 8% fruited double IPA that Mortalis brewed in collaboration with Fidens in Albany, NY and Widowmaker in Boston, MA. A soft full base was hopped with Lupomax, Citra and Mosaic and then conditioned on pineapple.
