Two of my favorite breweries collaborated on the beer I’m having for tonight’s Brew Review. Mortalis worked with Urban South Brewery in Houston, TX on Notus, a 10% triple IPA brewed with Citra, Mosaic and Motueka hops and then conditions on pineapple puree.
