The beers I’ve had before from 903 Brewers in Texas have been great. On today’s Brew Review, I’m having the White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle Cheesecake version of their Slushy series, a 6.2% Berliner Wiers (not sure what the difference of that and a Weisse is) style ale.
