It’s Mortalis Brewing’s fourth anniversary and on today’s Brew Review, I’m having the first of their beers brewed to celebrate it! Mind Flayer is a 7% sour ale brewed with Alphonso mangos (best ones there are), pineapple, peach, banana and coconut.
