I’m going with a completely different style on today’s Brew Review with Dryad from Mortalis. For this 10% frosted smoothie version of an Eastern sour, they aged the Hydra base in Old Elk Whiskey barrels and then conditioned it on pineapple, cara cara orange, lemon, vanilla and cinnamon.
