It’s been at least a year since I’ve had a beer from Energy City Brewing in Chicago, but I found this can of their Bistro Cabana locally and I’m trying it on today’s Brew Review. This variant of the 6.5% berliner-style weisse was brewed with pink guava and blood oranges.
