I’m having one of the most well known, and most sought after West Coast IPAs on today’s Brew Review, Pliny the Elder from Russian River Brewing Company in San Francisco. This 8% full-bodied double IPA is brewed with Amarillo, Centennial, CTZ, and Simcoe hops.
