Brew Review – Other Half Brewing Co./Fidens Brewing Company HDHC Broccoli’s Axe

Last year I reviewed the regular version of Other Half and Fidens Broccoli’s Axe, a combo of Fidens’ Eugene’s Axe and Other Half’s Broccoli. On today’s Brew Review, I’m having the even hoppier version with Other Half’s HDHC technique. This 8.5% double dry hopped imperial IPA is loaded with Nelson Sauvin, Strata, Mosaic, Simcoe, Citra, Galaxy, Mosaic Incognito, Citra Incognito, Citra, Cryo, Nelson CGX, Strata CGX, Mosaic Cryo.
