Even though its summer, I’m having more of a fall-themed beer on today’s Brew Review, the Apple & Cranberry Crumble version of Energy City Brewing’s Bistro series. This 6.5% Berliner-style weisse beer was brewed with apples, cranberries, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
