Recorded at the Mortalis Luau this past weekend, on today’s Brew Review I’m having the Blue Steel Wax (which I incorrectly thought was the Yellow Wax) Barrel Aged Thanatos from Mortalis. This 13% imperial stout was aged 14 months in a Four Roses barrel and then conditioned on cinnamon swirl coffee cake.
