I’m having a top notch stout from Mortalis on today’s Brew Review, Barrel Aged Critical Hit, a collab with Corporate Ladder. This stout was aged 16 months in Old Rip Van Winkle barrels before conditioning it on toasted coconut, cacao nibs, and granola.
