It’s been a while since I had any beers from Hop Butcher in Chicago and on today’s Brew Review, I’m having their Halogen Farmed Fresh, which I got locally. This 8% double IPA is hopped with Strata, Simcoe, Vic Secret, Ekunot, HBC-586, and Citra.
