Pretty solid Sunday of hockey for me after a nice early start, going 4-2 to win 3.34 units on the NHL! Tonight we have a good seven game slate before a day off tomorrow. Let’s crush it!
Lightning vs. Bruins (7:00)
This should be a fun game, with both of these Atlantic Division teams coming into tonight’s game off two high scoring wins in a row. The Bruins are the way better team here though and I full expect them to win on the road here. I’ll take the moneyline for 1.5 units and the puck line for half a unit. I’d slightly lean the under but not enough to bet it.
Panthers vs. Oilers (7:00)
I’m expecting this to be a pretty entertaining cross-conference game. Both of these teams have been hot lately. The Panthers have just one loss in their seven games, coming off a 2-1 win in Anaheim. The Oilers had their three game win streak to get out of their slump come to an end on Saturday with a 6-4 loss to the Lightning. I’d lean the Panthers win this one at home, but not enough to bet it. I do like the over though and I’ll take the alternate over 6.5 for a unit.
Predators vs. Avalanche (8:00)
This isn’t a great matchup in the Central with these teams on opposite ends of the standings. The Preds ended their four game losing streak with a 4-2 win over the Blackhawks last week. The Avs are on a three game win streak coming off a big 6-3 comeback win on the road against the Stars. I like Colorado to win on the road tonight and I’ll take them for 1.5 units.
Stars vs. Rangers (8:00)
Such an awesome cross conference matchup here between two really good teams on easily the best game of the night. The Stars blew an early 3-0 lead to go on to lose 6-3 to the Avs, ending their four game win streak. The Rangers have been the hottest team in the NHL, picking up at least a point in their last eleven games with just one loss in that span. I’d slightly lean the Rags and the over here but not enough to bet on either. I’ll lay off this game entirely.
Coyotes vs. Kings (9:00)
The Kings will look to complete their season sweep of the Yotes tonight after a 6-3 win at home on October 24th and a 5-4 win on October 27th. They’re coming off two wins against the Blues and Panthers. The Yotes have been decent this year, and a pain for teams to play against. LA’s still the way better team here and I’ll take them for half a unit. I also like the over, which I’ll take for half a unit as well.
Canucks vs. Sharks (10:00)
The last time these teams played the Canucks put on a clinic, winning 10-1. Although I don’t expect that lopsided of a game, this should be a very easy win for Vancouver. On Thursday night I hammered the Blues against the Sharks and lost on it, as San Jose pulled off a 5-1 win. I don’t see them winning twice in a row in this spot. They’re the worst team in the NHL and I’m going right back to betting against them tonight. I’ll take the Canucks -1.5 for 2 units. I’ll also ladder it up with a unit on the Canucks -2.5 and half a unit on the Canucks -3.5.
Kraken vs. Flames (10:00)
Not the best matchup here in the Pacific to close out the night. Both of these teams aren’t that good but they’ve each picked up a point in each of their last three games with a 2-0-1 record in that span. The Flames got a 6-3 win in the first game between these teams in Seattle on November 4th. I’d slightly lean the Kraken answer back with a win at home tonight but this is too close of a game for me to bet. I’d lean the over too but not enough to bet that either, so I’ll lay off this game completely.
