Gotta love food pairings for beers and on today’s Brew Review, I’m having Beer for Tacos from Off Color Brewing in Chicago. This 4.8% fruited, cocktail inspired, gose was brewed with Nugget hops, lime juice, coriander, and pink Himalayan salt.
