I didn’t expect this one to be a wild ale, but on today’s Brew Review, I’m having Party Jam Guava from Hermit Thrush Brewery in Brattleboro, Vermont. This 5.9% kettle soured pale ale was brewed with guava and fermented with native wild yeast.
