I’m having a fall-themed sour from K2 Brothers Brewing in Rochester, NY on today’s Brew Review, their Apple Pie Sour. This 6.5% kettle sour was brewed with honeycrisp apple juice, apple purée, cinnamon sticks, vanilla bean, and Chinook hops.
