The BA stouts from Mortalis usually crush it and on today’s Brew Review, I’m having their Barrel Aged Niflheim (Blue Wax). This 13% imperial stout was a collab with Weldworks. The base was aged 16 months in Sazerac Rye and Jim Beam Double oak barrels and the blend was then conditioned on toasted coconut and almonds.
