I’m trying out the Spumoni version of Drekker Brewing’s Chonk series of sundae sours on today’s Brew Review. This 6.1% fruited sour is brewed with cherry, chocolate ice cream, pistachios, and lactose, with Magnum and Hallertau Blanc hops.
