I’m having the Grand Royale version of Equilibrium and J. Wakefield’s signature Life Before Death Star on today’s Brew Review. This version of the imperial stout with maple syrup, marshmallow, cacao nibs, pecan, Mostra LADS coffee, and lactose was aged 26 months.
