A mini sweep for me on the NHL yesterday, going 2-0 to win 1.68 units for my fourth winning night in a row! Just one game tonight as the Sens host the Preds. Let’s keep on rolling into All Star break!
Senators vs. Predators (7:00)
This isn’t a great cross conference game for our only action of the night. The Senators have been terrible all season. They’re on a decent little run ring now, with a 4-2-2 record in their last eight games, but they still sit in last place in the East. They’re coming off a 7-2 loss at home to the Rangers on Saturday night (easy win for me), their second loss in a row. Ottawa’s offense hasn’t been awful, but their defense is one of the worst in the league. The Predators have been over exceeding expectations this season, right in the Wild Card mix in the West, but they are in a bit of a slump. Coming off a 4-1 loss in Edmonton on Saturday, they have just one win in their last four games. Despite their offense struggling, Nashville’s the better team here, with a far better defense. I’ll take the Predators for a unit. I like the over here as well, which I’ll take for half a unit.
