On today’s Brew Review, I’m having this year’s version of Equilibrium’s Barrel Aged Swiss Bliss, a collab with Short Throw Brewing Co. This batch of this 14% imperial stout was aged 25 months in Willet barrels then conditioned on Swiss Chocolate almond coffee, almonds, and marshmallow.
