It’s been forever since I’ve had an Equilibrium IPA, and on today’s Brew Review I’m having their Humulus², a collab with Mortalis. This 8.5% double IPA starts off with a Citra Lupomax whirlpool and a Citra T90, Citra Lupomax, Eclipse, and Strata dry hop.
