I’ve had plenty of their IPAs, but on tonight’s Brew Review I’m trying a stout from Monkish for the first time. The 2024 Hiddenness is a 16% blend of imperial stouts aged in Willet Rye whiskey barrels for 38 and 43 months with Madagascar and Tahitian vanilla beans.
