I’m trying out Crab Mentality, a collab from two new breweries, Twin Elephant Brewing Company and Crooked Crab Brewing Company on today’s Brew Review. This 7.6% American IPA was brewed with Rakau, Comet, and Pacific Sunrise CGX hops.
