On today’s Brew Review, I’m having a relatively recent BA from Mortalis with the Copper Wax version of Ophion. This 13% imperial stout with no adjuncts was aged in both Willet Family Estate 8 year Rye and George T. Stagg Bourbon barrels for 21 months.
