I’m having Barrel Aged Hydra Sandwich from Mortalis, brewed for their first anniversary of the Buffalo taproom on today’s Brew Review. This 9% fruited smoothie sour blends blackberry, strawberry, and raspberry with peanut butter and marshmallows and then was aged 6 months in a Garagiste Meadery Rum Reboog barrel.
