I’m having what’s regarded as one of the best farmstead ales from Hill Farmstead on today’s Brew Review, Clover. Clover blends barrels of Ann, Art, and Flora, each barrel aged for 17-27 months in oak barrels and was bottle conditioned since January 8, 2020.
