
I’m having my first stout from Side Project on today’s Brew Review, Double Barrel Derivation. This 16% double barrel aged imperial stout from 2023 was aged in Willett 5 year & 8 year Family Estate Bourbon barrels then finished in Willett 8 year Wheated Bourbon barrels with Tanzanian Vanilla Beans and finished on additional Tanzanian Vanilla Beans at packaging.
