
I was excited to try out Weldwerk’s Coconut PVW23 Medianoche on today’s Brew Review, as this imperial stout was aged 41 months in one of the rarest barrels there is, a first-use 23 year Pappy Van Winkle Reserve Bourbon barrel. They then added a blend of raw and toasted coconut chips.
