On today’s Brew Review, I’m having a bit old of a bottle of this year’s Marshmallow version of Barrel Aged As Above So Below from Mortalis. This 12% imperial stout was brewed with coffee and marshmallow and aged in Elijah Craig 18 year and Heaven Hill barrels for 17 months.
