I’m having the first bottled barrel aged stout from Fidens on today’s Brew Review, The Nights Are Dark. This 13% imperial stout aged 24 months in Heaven Hill Bourbon Barrels and was conditioned on toasted coconut, raw coconut and Madagascar vanilla.
