NHL Daily Gambling Preview – 12/13/24

Lousy night on the NHL yesterday, going 4-6, losing 3.79 units. Tonight we have just one game on the board with Canes vs. Sens before another loaded slate tomorrow. Let’s bounce back.

Hurricanes vs. Senators (7:00)

Pretty lousy Eastern Conference matchup for our only game of the night. The Hurricanes have been a solid team this season, comfortably in third place in the Metro Division. They have been in a bit of a slump though with just two wins in their last six games, coming off a 3-2 win at home against the Sharks on Tuesday night. The Senators have been pretty bad this year but have played relatively decent lately with a 5-2-1 record in their last eight games. Carolina dominated the first game between these teams, winning a 4-0 shutout at home on November 16th. I fully expect another Canes win here and I’ll take them in regulation for a unit. I’d lean the under, but not enough to bet it.

Game Bets

1u Hurricanes in regulation (-135)

Futures

2u Vegas Golden Knights to win the Stanley Cup (+1800)

Record: 193-163-7 (-16.64 units)
