Brew Review – Mortalis Brewing Co. Double Barrel Pear Leto (Copper Wax)

I’m going back to back with Leto from Mortalis with the latest version on tonight’s Brew Review. For this year’s biggest 13% imperial stout drop they went with the double pear, which was aged six months in a pear brand barrel before resting 18 months in an Elijah Craig barrel and was finished with almond cookies.
