Carolina’s Drama Overtakes Another Entire Episode of The Bachelor Tonight and This Season Sucks So Far

I haven’t been thrilled with this season of The Bachelor so far through three episodes. Grant, while seemingly being a good guy doesn’t seem great as a lead and all these girls are all about the drama, even after getting one on one dates. The journey and the drama continues tonight as Grant and the ladies head to Madrid, Spain.

Love having two TVs, so I can watch this shit and USA vs. Finland at the same time, otherwise The Bachelor would have likely had to wait till tomorrow for me,

The big thing that pissed off the girls the prior week was that a lot of girls hadn’t talked to Grant at their prom, but Carolina, who had the one on one date, kept pulling him about the drama that Rose told her that Grant had said he was thinking of Rose while dancing with Carolina, which ended up being false, yet Rose is still around. I think both girls likely shouldn’t be here.

Dina gets the first one on one date of the week, they have fun exploring around the city. At dinner, they both open up a bit. Dina asks a big question of what made Grant’s previous seven year relationship end. The date goes very well for both of them (but is a bit boring to watch), and Grant gives Dina the rose. I like her, you can tell she’s mature and not all about the drama like some of these other girls are.

The group date begins with a ride through the city on donkeys. That’s fun. Then they do a matador training thing, which isn’t all that great, followed by a competition on riding a mechanical bull. Zoe wins the competition and some special time with Grant. At the after party, Carolina is complaining about how she is still having a lot of insecurities on her date and Grant, saying how she’s unsure of the whole process and getting engaged at the end of it. Juliana brings it up to her one on one, but that conversation goes nowhere. When the two of them go back to the rest of the ladies, there’s clearly a lot of tension and they all pretty much call Carolina out. Grant walks into the group and Carolina’s crying, which leads to him pulling her away, once again irritating the rest of the girls. Grant chooses to not give out a group date rose.

The second one on one goes to Sarafiena, which turns out to be the bungee jumping date of the season that we get every season. And every season it looks like such a blast. At dinner, Sarafiena talks about growing up without a father and opens up to Grant. He gives her the rose.

At the cocktail party, the first thing Grant does is pulls Juliana to get her side to the whole drama with Carolina. She truthfully answers his question and he appreciates that. Grant says that Carolina’s negativity and her being judgmental doesn’t feel great for him. Right after that he talks to Carolina. The drama continues with her and the rest of the girls in the house, including Rose calling her out for backstabbing her and doing her dirty based off what she told Carolina (which was also wrong in my eyes). Rose starts crying and talks to Grant about it, sending herself home. All of the girls are very frustrated that every cocktail party gets taken over by this Carolina drama, as they should be. That’s what this entire season has revolved around. This season sucks.

Onto the rose ceremony with a lot of the girls pretty concerned that they haven’t spent any time with Grant because of the Carolina drama. Litia gets the first rose, then Juliana, followed by Alexe and Zoe, and with the final rose of the night…

“Carolina, will you accept this rose”

What a horrible decision. That sends home Parisa and Natalie, terrible decision by Grant there.

This season sucks so far. Gotta absolutely send Carolina home as soon as possible. This girl’s the worst.

The journey (and the drama with Carolina in tow) continues as Grant and the ladies go to Scotland.
