On today’s Brew Review, I’m having Bananaverse from Other Half for the first time, a special 10x version of their Bananaversary series, brewed with some crazy adjuncts for their 11th Anniversary. This 12.5% imperial stout aged 20-24 months in bourbon barrels with Wild Thai banana, India vanilla, coconut, toasted coconut, macadamia nuts, and freeze dried Pedro Ximenez Sherry.
