
I’m having Boiler Brewing, out of Lincoln, Nebraska for the first time on today’s Brew Review with their Toasted Marshmallow Brownie Batter. This 14% double mashed extended boil Russian imperial stout was aged nearly 2 years in a single hand-selected 9-Year Willett Family Estate Bourbon barrel and conditioned on heavy-handed doses of Toasted Marshmallows, Toasted Walnuts, Madagascan Vanilla Beans, as well as a triple dose of Cacao Nibs.
