Grant’s season of the Bachelor, which honestly hasn’t been great is now at fantasy suites week with his three final ladies, Litia, Juliana and Zoe. Grant is still unsure and needs more clarity on who he will choose of them.
The ladies start their week with getting advice from girls from Joey’s season, with Juliana talking to Daisy. Then Juliana is the first to have her date with Grant. They start their date four wheeling. They enjoy their time and both open up a bit. At dinner, Juliana opens up to Grant about her ex cheating on her and the damage that it did to her emotionally. Grant reassures her, tells her that he’s falling in love with her, and…
Should you choose to forgo your individual rooms, please use this key to stay as a couple in the fantasy suite.
They wake up very happy together the next morning and Juliana says that she got a lot of questions answered.
Zoe, who I think has the weakest connection with Grant by far out of these three remaining ladies is next. They didn’t have a one on one date before hometowns, and even their hometown date I didn’t think was great by any means. Before her time with Grant, she gets advice from Rachel from Joey’s season. Their date is the spiritual silent yoga date, which I think is kind of bullshit, especially for them who have had the least amount of time to get to know each other, especially (I know I used that twice in one sentence) this late in the process. Clearly this girl isn’t who Grant is choosing. At dinner, they’re pretty much just getting to know each other still, and although their conversation is good, it just feels so far behind. Zoe even says that she still doesn’t feel like she really knows him. Grant gives Zoe the fantasy suite card and she accepts. Zoe says the next morning that she’s happy and feels like she got more clarify on their relationship.
Litia is the last to go with Grant. I think they have the strongest connection going into this week, but there are definitely a few sticking points. First, Litia’s strong Mormon faith, and second her doubts on Grant being intimate with the other ladies. Litia gets advice from Kaity, who won Zach’s season of The Bachelor, and they’re still together. Their season had the whole intimacy issues that she saw with Zach going into this week of that season. I think Kaity is the perfect one to give Litia advice. Grant and Lidia’s date begins with zip lining over the forest, which I always think is an awesome, fun date. Litia is pretty clearly anxious but makes it through. Afterwards, Litia tells Grant about her challenges getting through this week with the overnights with the other two women still here. They talk about it a bit. When Grant gives Litia the fantasy suite note, she first tells him that sex is not on the table, he respects that decision, tells her that he does love her, which helps ease her nerves, and she tells Grant that she loves him too. They do in fact choose to forgo their individual rooms and spend the night together in the fantasy suite. The two of them very obviously have the strongest connection, which also means that there could be bigger issues for him, if he doesn’t choose her at the end of this.
In the confessional afterwards, Grant says he does love Litia, but he also is “falling in, if not very close to in love with someone else”.
Onto the rose ceremony.
The first rose obviously goes to Litia. No surprise there whatsoever.
And once again, to no surprise…“Juliana, will you accept this rose?”
Him and Zoe barely even had time together or really knew each other, so there’s no shock to that in the slightest to me. Even their fantasy suites date they couldn’t talk in. Even in sending her home, Grant says that they just weren’t in a place to get married, obviously.
This dramatic season comes to an end next week with what should be a wild 3 hour live finale.
