On today’s Brew Review, I’m having Blend #6 of Le Saisonnier from Side Project out of St. Louis. This 4% oak aged Missouri saison was brewed with European malts, hopped with European hops and then aged in a Missouri Oak Foedre for 6 months with a blend of Missouri microflora.
