Last night I went 1-2 as the Canes got embarrassed by the Panthers, losing 1.15 units. Let’s bounce back tonight as the Stars and Oilers face off for Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals after a really fun Game 1.
Game 2: Stars vs. Oilers (8:00)
Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals on Wednesday night was pretty insane as the Oilers pretty much dominated the first two periods of that game, but completely collapsed in the third period. They gave up five straight unanswered goals in the third period, not able to stay out of the box, allowing three in a row on the power play in the first 5:58 of the third to blow a 3-1 lead as Dallas poured it on to win 6-3. I’m going right back to them tonight with the way better goaltending and the deeper team at home. I’ll take them for 1.5 units. I also love the over again, which I’ll take for 2 units.
