From the parking lot of Bethpage Black (that I’m not playing), on today’s Brew Review I’m having this year’s Faint Torch from Monkish. This 15% blended barrel aged stout consists of (90%) 40-month bourbon barrel aged stout and (10%) fresh imperial stout then conditioned on vanilla beans, coffee, and coconut.
