For their fifth anniversary, Tin Barn collaborated with Other Half on Bananapocalypse. This 13.8% stout on today’s Brew Review was barrel aged 3 years and conditioned on salted caramel ice cream, caramel sauce, peanut butter, maple, wild Thai banana, Tahitian vanilla beans and marshmallow.
