I’m having an older bottle, last year’s Vanilla version of Barrel Aged Option from Mortalis on today’s Brew Review. This 13% imperial stout aged in Willet Rye and Willet Family Estate barrels for 30 months, then conditioned on Madagascar vanilla beans.
