I’m throwing it back years on today’s Brew Review, with the Lime Green Wax version of Barrel Aged Thanatos from Mortalis. This 13% imperial stout was aged in Willet Rye barrels for 18 and 22 months and conditioned on cinnamon swirl coffee cakes.
