On today’s Brew Review, I’m having the Rye version of Diabolical Iridescence from Boiler Brewing Co. This 12.6% double mash extended boil Russian imperial stout was aged 2 years in a single Willett Family Estate Rye barrel conditioned on toasted and raw organic coconut, Madagascar and Papua New Guinea vanilla beans, Filipino cacao nibs, and a kiss of freshly roasted single origin Guatemalan coffee beans.
