I didn’t blog the Sabres home opener on Thursday night against LA, but I actually thought they played decent in their loss, despite the offense not getting on the board more than once and in a loss. But I guess that’s my expectation for this team, good efforts in losses. How pathetic. Regardless though, they played much better in that game than they did in … Continue reading Sabres vs. Panthers: 10/12/24 – Game Reactions/Recap

I split last night’s two plays on the NHL, losing 0.28 units. Today we have the first giant Saturday slate of the year, loaded with 13 games. Let’s crush it!! (I’m trying to keep the write-ups a bit shorter this year.) Bruins vs. Kings (1:00) Fun cross conference matchup to start the day. I like Jeremy Swayman and the Bruins to win at home in … Continue reading NHL Daily Gambling Preview – 10/12/24
I’m a couple days late again, but this season of The Golden Bachelorette might be my favorite season of a Bachelor franchise I’ve watched. Last week Joan opened up to the guys about the struggles of how she’s feeling through this whole process, bringing her closer to her guys. The week starts off with the group date with the card saying “bare it all for … Continue reading The Golden Bachelorette Keep Getting Better
I bounced back with a winning night on yesterday’s big NHL slate, going 4-2 to win .6 units. Tonight we have a decent four game slate, let’s win again! Hurricanes vs. Lightning (7:00) Really solid matchup here as both of these teams open their seasons tonight. Both are going to be solid, likely playoff teams this year, but I don’t see either team winning the … Continue reading NHL Daily Gambling Preview – 10/11/24
On today’s Brew Review, I’m having a local beer from Buffalo, Pressure Drop’s Sticky Icky, a 6% hazy IPA. Continue reading Brew Review – Pressure Drop Brewing Sticky Icky
In what looked like a lousy slate, we ended up having an incredible week of college football last week, but my bets sure didn’t…going 12-16-1 to lose 11.33 units with so many huge upsets. Let’s bounce back on what looks like a fantastic slate this week! Bets Thursday 10/10 .5u James Madison -7 (-120) .5u James Madison/Coastal Carolina over 59.5 (-108) Friday 10/11 1u UNLV … Continue reading NCAAF Weekly Gambling Picks – Week 7 2024
Lousy night on the NHL, losing in some strange ways yesterday, going 1-3 to lose 2.59 units. Tonight we have the first big nine game slate of the season, let’s bounce back! Sabres vs. Kings (7:00) The Sabres looked like garbage during both Global Series games in Prague, looking the same as last year, if not worse. I expect the Kings to be a pretty … Continue reading NHL Daily Gambling Preview – 10/10/24
